After both design analysis for UAL and competitors the participants has the opportunities to write down a list of the things they wanted or felt is needed for the next iteration of UAL's landing and article pages.
The outcomes from the workshop will be applied to the UAL Stories project to help improve the experience for both internal and external UAL users. Moreover, due to the positive feedback the technique will be used for future projects with a few changes depending on the challenge.
The workshop has shown that co-creating is an important part of user experience. Prior to this workshop there wasn't clearity on what the UX team did and this make stakeholders nervous when the final outcome is presented. However, with workshops like this one there will be less surprises and more agreements.
